clients, staff, and volunteers are important to us. 
All patients will be asked screening questions in advance of your appointment,
and are asked to wear a mask.
Please do not bring children with you to your appointment, and come alone. 
If you must bring a support person (spouse, boyfriend, parent), that person must also be screened.
